How Wash & Fold Works

Text us to start

We'll confirm your locker, access code, timing, and any laundry preferences before drop-off.

Drop off in an assigned locker

Use the locker we confirm by text. Enter the code, press the circle at the bottom of the screen, then open the door. Put your laundry inside, close the door, then tap the keypad to lock it.

We wash, dry, and fold

Your laundry is weighed before washing, then cleaned, dried, and folded according to your instructions.

Pick up with a new code

Pay with the secure link we text you, then use the pickup locker and one-time code we send once it is paid.

Before You Drop Off

  • Text us before placing laundry in a locker.
  • Wait for your locker number and one-time access code.
  • Include any washing, drying, folding, or hanging preferences.
  • Separate special-care items.
  • We can’t accept anything with oil, gasoline, grease, chemicals, or biohazards. Items with pet hair are fine. Stain removal can’t be guaranteed.
  • Please do not place payment inside the lockers.

Locker Location

The lockers are in the back-left corner of the laundromat.

The Wash & Fold lockers are in the rear of the store, on the left-hand side — back-left corner. Look for two white lockers labeled Locker 1 and Locker 2, mounted midway up on the wall. Use only the available locker we confirm when you contact us.

How to use the lockers

  1. Call or text before drop-off so we can confirm the locker and access code.
  2. Place your laundry in the assigned available locker.
  3. Before leaving, close the locker door, then tap the keypad to lock it.
  4. Tell us any washing, drying, folding, or hanging preferences by text.

Please do not place payment inside the lockers.

Wash & Fold Pricing

Standard turnaround is 48 hours. Large orders (more than we wash in one night) go on our 72-hour service - we'll text you the ready time. Need it sooner? 24-hour rush costs extra, when we have room. Minimum order $25. Estimate my price

Sheets, pillowcases, towels and tablecloths are the clothing rate.

Pillows

Pillows are $10 each, down pillows $14 each — a flat price per pillow, not weighed.

Rugs & Bath Mats

Bath mats are $12 each. Rugs up to 5x7 ft are $20 each. Cotton, polyester, or synthetic, with no rubber or latex backing.

We can’t take rubber- or latex-backed, wool, silk, jute or sisal, hand-knotted, or shag rugs, or anything bigger than 5x7 ft. We can’t machine-wash that one safely — a rug cleaner is your best bet.

Unless otherwise requested:

  • Whites may be bleached.
  • Dryer sheets may be used.
  • Clothing is dried on high heat.
  • We use commercial laundry detergent, with fabric softener when it makes sense.

Special-Care Items

Please text us before drop-off if anything should be washed cold, air dried, separated, not bleached, or handled carefully.

Pickup Process

Pick up Your Laundry with the code we text you.

When your order is ready, we text you your total. Once it’s paid, we text you your locker number, a pickup link, and a backup keypad code.

  1. Check your text for the locker number, pickup link, and code.
  2. Tap the link to open the locker, or use the keypad code.
  3. Remove your completed laundry.
  4. When finished, close the locker door, then tap the keypad to lock it.

New — Rolling Out

We’re rolling out an order link. When your order uses it, we text you one link that walks you through drop-off and pickup. Your backup keypad code always comes by text too, and you can still text us for anything.

  1. Find — the link shows your locker and where it is.
  2. Open — tap the button to open your locker.
  3. Done — close the door, tap the keypad to lock it, then tap done.

Payment

After we weigh your order, we text you your total and how to pay.

Please do not place payment inside the lockers.

Your pickup link and backup keypad code are texted to you once your order is paid.
