Welcome to Bennett Valley Laundromat. These Terms & Conditions explain how customers may use our website, laundromat, customer support services, SMS/text messaging, and Wash & Fold services.
By using our website, visiting our store, texting or calling us, using our machines, or using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Store Hours
Bennett Valley Laundromat is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 365 days a year, including holidays.
Last wash starts at 8:45 PM, and the last dryer should start by 9:45 PM. Please be folded and on your way before we close at 10:00 PM.
Store hours, last-wash times, and closing policies may be updated from time to time.
Self-Service Laundry
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct machine size, cycle, water temperature, detergent amount, and drying time for their laundry.
Please do not overload washers or dryers. Clothes need room to move in washers and room to tumble in dryers.
Bennett Valley Laundromat is not responsible for damage caused by misuse of machines, overloading, excessive detergent, items left in pockets, items not suitable for machine washing or drying, dye/tint products, or failure to follow garment-care instructions.
Machine Issues
If a machine does not start, stops unexpectedly, leaks, does not drain, does not spin, does not heat, or otherwise appears to malfunction, please stop using that machine and contact us with the machine number and a description of the issue.
Do not keep adding money to a machine that appears to be broken.
Refunds, free washes, or other resolutions are handled case by case. We do not guarantee a specific refund amount or timing until the issue has been reviewed.
Payment Options
Bennett Valley Laundromat accepts coins and DexterPay mobile payments. DexterPay may allow customers to pay using credit cards, debit cards, or Apple Pay through the DexterPay app.
There are no physical credit-card readers on the machines unless otherwise posted in the store.
Exact machine prices are posted on each machine in the store and may vary by machine size, cycle, and drying time.
DexterPay
DexterPay is a third-party payment application. Customers using DexterPay are responsible for creating and managing their own DexterPay account.
DexterPay may place a temporary pre-authorization hold on a card when paying directly through the app. This is not usually the final charge. Final charge handling is managed by DexterPay and/or the customer’s bank or card provider.
Customers may use the Preload Funds option in the DexterPay app to add only the amount they need and use that balance to start machines.
Bennett Valley Laundromat does not control DexterPay account settings, bank-card holds, card declines, app availability, or bank processing times.
Change Machines and Coins
Change machines are provided for customer convenience. Some machines may dispense dollar coins, quarters, or a combination of both.
Dollar coins are valid U.S. currency and work in our machines.
If coins become stuck or a change machine issue occurs, please contact us with the machine number, approximate time, and amount involved.
Wash & Fold Service
Bennett Valley Laundromat may offer Wash & Fold service using secure drop-off and pickup lockers.
Wash & Fold pricing, turnaround times, payment methods, and procedures are posted on our website and may change from time to time.
Customers are responsible for notifying us before drop-off and following the locker instructions provided. Do not place payment inside lockers unless specifically instructed.
Unless special instructions are confirmed in advance, laundry may be washed and dried using standard care procedures. Customers should notify us before drop-off if items require cold wash, air dry, separation, no bleach, no dryer sheets, delicate handling, or other special care.
Bennett Valley Laundromat is not responsible for damage caused by items that are not suitable for standard machine washing or drying, pre-existing fabric weakness, color bleeding, shrinkage, items left in pockets, or lack of special-care instructions.
Lost and Found
Lost clothing or personal items may be kept in the back of the store for a limited time. Customers may check for lost items by visiting the laundromat after 8:30 PM and speaking with attendant staff when available.
Unclaimed items may be donated to a shelter or nonprofit after a couple of weeks.
Bennett Valley Laundromat is not responsible for lost, stolen, unattended, or abandoned items.
Unattended Laundry
Customers should remove laundry promptly when cycles are complete so machines remain available for other customers.
Laundry left unattended for too long may be moved by staff or attendants when necessary.
Customer Conduct
Customers are expected to use the store respectfully and safely.
Please do not damage machines, overload machines, dye or tint clothing in washers, remove carts from the building, climb on machines or folding tables, block aisles, or create unsafe conditions for other customers.
Bennett Valley Laundromat may refuse service or request that a customer leave if behavior is unsafe, abusive, disruptive, or damaging to the store, equipment, staff, attendants, or other customers.
No Public Restroom
Bennett Valley Laundromat does not provide a public restroom.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Customers may text Bennett Valley Laundromat for customer support.
By texting Bennett Valley Laundromat, you agree to receive customer-support text messages related to your question, issue, or request. These messages may include replies about store hours, machine issues, payment questions, DexterPay, Wash & Fold, refunds, lost items, or other customer-care matters.
Message and data rates may apply.
You can reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out of text messages.
Text messaging is used for customer support and direct follow-up related to customer-initiated issues. Bennett Valley Laundromat does not use customer-support text messaging for unrelated marketing broadcasts.
Website Use
The information on this website is provided for general customer convenience. We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but store policies, hours, pricing, equipment, services, and availability may change.
If there is a conflict between website information and posted in-store signage, posted in-store information may control.
Links to Third-Party Services
Our website or communications may include links to third-party services such as DexterPay, maps, social media, or payment platforms. Bennett Valley Laundromat is not responsible for the content, policies, operation, or availability of third-party services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Bennett Valley Laundromat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the store, website, machines, payment systems, or services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
